Top Women-Owned Businesses In Austin shared by Austin Business Journal
Workplace Resource LLC is the top-ranked women-owned business in a list published today by the Austin Business Journal. Fifty-three women-owned businesses appear on the list, which ranks the businesses by 2011 gross revenue. Workplace resource had $62.9 million in gross revenue last year. The top five businesses have a combined $144.7 million 2011 gross revenue and employ 247 local workers. Three of the top five are 100 percent women owned.
Austin Bargain Centers Corp. moved from No. 16 up to No. 10, and Eat Out in Restaurant Catering & Delivery moved up seven spots to No. 13.
