Just think of it like this: the more you complicate things, especially during an initial business launch, the more money it’s going to cost you. All those extra bell and whistles you think are necessary will probably get ditched. Cha-ching! When you keep things simple and create a minimum viable product focused on your core, it actually gives you more freedom to test, pivot and expand your offerings based on customer demand without wasting financial resources. Trust me I know!
