Katie Couric recently had on her show women entrepreneurs who’ve made millions with a simple idea.

One of them was Melissa, Founder of Baked By Melissa. She’s found her niche with bite-sized cupcakes and cupcake art. Apparently Melissa hit our sweet spot because she’s turned her passion for baking into a multi-million dollar business!

Melissa’s thought on mini cupcakes: people should be able to taste more flavors without that post-dessert guilt trip. Sounds like a winning idea to me!
